Authorized-use notice

By using the validation scanner, you confirm that:

1. U.S. validation only. This validation build is intended only for U.S.-based staffing operations and U.S. client/workforce billing data unless the operator expressly approves another scope after legal review.
2. Authorized business use. You will use it only with business records you are authorized to access and process, and you are responsible for any permissions required by your client, VMS, ATS, accounting provider, contract, or applicable policy.
3. Comparable scope. Any VERIFIED result depends on your confirmation that the selected exports cover corresponding clients, completed historical work periods, hour units, REG/OT/DT categories, and week-ending/work-period and hour-rounding convention.
4. Limited scope. V0 is designed for supported hourly staffing reconciliation. It is not designed to validate flat-fee/SOW billing, guaranteed-hour arrangements, day/shift units, taxes, MSP-fee interpretation, discounts, rebates, commissions, payroll correctness, time theft, collections, or unresolved credits/rebills/revisions/adjustments.
5. Rate basis. Rate/dollar verification requires your confirmation that the compared rates are a common USD/hour client-billing basis. SAP Fieldglass Buyer and Supplier bill rates are distinct; the scanner does not assume either is universally comparable to Avionté Bill Rate.
6. No professional advice. Outputs are informational reconciliation signals, not legal, accounting, tax, payroll, employment, audit, or collections advice and are not a determination that an amount is legally owed or recoverable.
7. Review before action. You will independently review findings and source records before changing invoices, issuing credits, collecting amounts, contacting a client/worker, or taking financial or employment action.
8. Coverage matters. Absence/quantity findings may depend on your confirmation that the relevant exports are complete for the selected scope.
9. Sensitive data. You will not intentionally provide unnecessary sensitive information such as SSNs, bank information, medical information, dates of birth, home addresses, passwords, or API credentials.
10. No system writes. The validation scanner does not automatically alter source systems or invoices and is not an authoritative system of record.
11. No misuse. You will not use the service unlawfully, access data without authorization, interfere with the service, or misrepresent scanner findings.
